FROZEN GREEK YOGURT BARS

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup raspberries chopped
- ½ cup chopped mango
- ½ cup chopped banana
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil
DIRECTIONS
- Place yogurt in a bowl. Add rest of ingredients excepts dark chocolate chips, coconut oil and mix well.
- Melt dark chocolate with 1 tsp coconut oil.
- Place the yogurt mix in a dish lined with parchment paper and freeze for 2 hours.
- Remove from freezer, cut into bars and coat with dark chocolate.

- 3 Bananas
- ½ cup Almond Flour
- 4 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 4 tbsp Powder Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Organic Peanut Butter (no sugar added)
- 1 0z Dark Chocolate chips
- ½ cup Almond Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tsp Aluminum Free Baking Powder
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl mash the banana and add wet ingredients.
- Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.
- Bake on a lined baking pan at 375 F between 20-30 min.
- LET THE LOAF COOL DOWN BEFORE CUTTING.
